1. By entering the Pharmacy Assistant Conference Glucojel competition win 1 of 20 Glucojel Gift Packs Prize Draw, entrants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these conditions.
2. Instructions on how to enter the Prize Draw and other details contained within the advertising material for the Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is limited to Pharmacy Assistant Conference 2022 delegates and who are not employed by the Promoter or its related companies.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and each person may only enter the Prize Draw once.
5. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must fill out a competition entry form at the Gold Cross Products and Services/ Glucojel Trade stand.
6. The Prize Draw commences at 10:30am on Friday 28/10/22 and closes at 12:00 pm on Saturday 29/10/22.
7. The winners will be randomly drawn between Friday 28/10/22 12:30pm to 5pm and Saturday 29/10/22 October at 12:00 pm. The draw will take place at the Pharmacy Assistant Conference at Sofitel Brisbane, 249 Turbot St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.The winner will be contacted by mobile phone.
8. The winners drawn on Friday 28/10/22 prizes will need to be collected at the Gold Cross Products and Services Glucojel Trade Stand at the Pharmacy Assistant Conference by 5:00pm. For winners drawn on Saturday 29/10/22 the prizes will need to be collected at the Gold Cross Products and Services Glucojel Trade Stand at the Pharmacy Assistant Conference by 1:00pm.
9. If the prize is not claimed by winners drawn on Friday 28/10/22 at 5:00 pm at the Pharmacy Assistant Conference of, a redraw will take place on Saturday at 1:00 pm at the Pharmacy Assistance Conference Sofitel Brisbane 249 Turbot St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. If any prizes are unclaimed by 1:00 pm Saturday 29/10/22 the prizes will be forfeited.
10. All correct and valid entries submitted during the Prize Draw will be entered into the draw to win the nominated prize. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11. The prize is 20 x Glucojel Packs, each valued at $50.00.

12. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or part of is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the relevant regulator.
13. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs or requirements associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
14. The prize is provided by the Promoter, Gold Cross Products and Services Pty Ltd (ABN 53 009 662 051).
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
16. The information supplied by you will be received, retained, used and disclosed by the Promoter, its related companies and business partners for the primary purpose of providing you with further information on evaluating, effecting, managing and administering products and services offered by the Promoter, its related companies and business partners. You may at any time request that no further marketing material be sent to you and you may access the personal information the Promoter holds about you by calling.
17. Prize Draw entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, state of residence and photo in the event that they are a winner in any media, including advertising, and agrees to participate in any promotional activities without payment, for the purposes of promoting the Prize Draw and promoting the Promoter’s business.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
19. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Prize Draw. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not this occurs under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
